Due to Covid-19 – we make every effort to keep up to date and adhere to the Government guidelines.

WATCH and HillzFM is located within the heart of the community of Hillfields, supporting vulnerable adults and children and young ensuring the welfare and safety of visitors and staff when entering the building is our main priority.

It is not compulsory for you to attend the Friday session if you do not feel comfortable or safe to do so.

Everyone entering the WATCH Centre building is required to adhere to the safety measures in place and government guidance. This includes; wearing a face covering, hand washing and maintaining social distancing (at least 2 meters apart).   Please be assured that health and safety is our priority and we have therefore limited the number of staff and visitors in the building at one time to a maximum of 6 people on each floor (disposable face masks are also available on site should you not have one)

We recognise that not everyone can wear a face mask due to a number of reasons or health conditions, which may or may not be visible and we are considerate to individuals’ needs and circumstances. If you have issues wearing a face mask or have any extra requirements, please let staff know beforehand and we will provide you with alternative support to suit your needs.

The WATCH centre supports the NHS COVID-19 Track and Trace to help stop the spread of coronavirus.  All visitors are required to download the app and scan the QR Code displayed at our entrance doors and Reception using their smartphone. A paper version form for NHS COVID-19 track and trace is also be available to fill in at Reception.
